| Not Eligible (Crown) | Cannot continue from an order that doesn't have a temporary crown, waxup, or matrix. | ||
| Not Eligible (Denture) | Cannot continue from an order that doesn't have a bite rim. | ||
| Not Found | We could not find that order! | ||
