Create and Submit Digital Waxup and Study Model Orders

Overview: Learn how to review, configure, and submit orders for Chairside Digital Waxups, Physical Waxups, and Study Models within the Dandy Portal.

Managing Digital and Physical Waxup Orders

Follow these steps to configure a Digital or Physical Waxup order:

1. Select any optional additional items from the available list and click Continue.

2. Upload patient photos using one of the following methods:

   • Scan the provided QR code to upload photos directly from a mobile phone.

   • If the QR code does not work, click Regenerate Code or Get a Text.

   • Click From Your Laptop to drag and drop files or browse local folders.

   • Click Skip For Now if photos are not immediately available.

3. Set the specific design preference for the Waxup.

4. For Physical Waxup orders, add the optional digital design preview and click Next.
