General Shipping and Turnaround Rules
Dandy calculates all turnaround times using business days. Turnaround times include the time required for shipping.
- Cut-off Time: Dandy considers cases submitted after 11:00 AM EST as received on the following business day.
- Potential Delays: Holidays, supply chain disruptions, lab capacity, order holds, or extreme weather may extend turnaround times.
- Adding a Live Design Review or any design preview to eligible items will increase turnaround time.
