Returning Restorations/Appliances To Dandy

Returns Required

When returns are required, Dandy's Software will automatically generate a shipping label for you to return the applicable item. Returns are only required for the following items:

  • Precious Alloys
    • Items that contain gold or are semi-precious (e.g., crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays, or veneers)
  • Nylon Sleep Apnoea Appliances
    • If you are refabricating an older Acrylic Sleep Device, a return is not required.
  • Items that are continuations containing a Partial Denture

Returns Unnecessary

  • Most items do not need to be returned to Dandy if a remake is required, the patient no longer wants them, or if they are broken or damaged.
  • Implant abutments, parts, or analogues
  • Items may be kept as patient examples or discarded.
