- Hold the power button (for about 5 seconds) to turn the laptop or Dandy Cart off
What is Dandy's laptop or Dandy Cart power policy?
- If the laptop or Dandy Cart is left on
- The laptop or Dandy Cart will restart at 5:30 AM local time.
- If the laptop is turned off
- The laptop or Dandy Cart will turn on at 5:00 AM local time.
- These daily reboots ensure the laptop or Dandy Cart does not have a run time over 24 hours
- It also ensures that laptops or Dandy Carts turn on each day, enabling more efficient remote support.
- Right now, we do not offer a way to adjust the daily reboot cadence of Dandy laptops or carts
- If the laptop or Dandy Cart is left on
