Dandy is introducing a pilot pricing model designed to better support practices serving patients with limited insurance coverage. If your patient's insurance allowed amount is under $750 per arch for full dentures, you may be eligible for significantly discounted rates on our Signature denture line, while still benefiting from the same high-quality materials and turnaround times Dandy is known for.
Who qualifies:
- Denture cases submitted through the Chairside Portal by accounts that have opted into the gated pricing pilot.
- Eligible doctors must confirm participation through opt-in, submit a signed waiver, be willing to share proof of reimbursement, inform their Account Managers of participation, and agree to provide post-case feedback.
- Criteria:
- Applies to full denture products only (Signature Line).
- Must be within a designated zip code region and meet the minimum reimbursement threshold validated during sign-up.
- Applies to both digital impression and physical impression workflows.
- **Participation requires a one-time signed waiver to access discounted pricing.
How It Works:
- Complete Your Waiver
- To access pilot pricing, submit a quick, one-time waiver to fulldentureseob@meetdandy.com. Once completed, your account will be flagged as eligible to submit qualifying cases.
- Review Eligible Products & CDT Codes
- If your patient s insurance allowed amount is under $750 for one of the eligible CDT codes, you qualify for the adjusted pricing:
- Submit Proof of Allowed Amount for Credit
- To receive your denture credit under this pilot, you’ll need to submit proof of the allowed amount (e.g., Explanation of Benefits (EOB)) as your case is processed through insurance.
