Case Planning: How to Schedule, Join, Reschedule, or Cancel Your Appointment

Plan out complex cases over a video call with your lab technician. 

How to schedule your Case Planning Video Call

Step 1: Navigate to 'Get Support'

  • Log in to your Doctor Portal at practice.meetdandy.com, and select the 'Get Support' button.
  • OR, use your Chairside computer and navigate to the 'Get Support' button there.
  • Click on 'Consult with a lab technician' under the Case Planning modal.

Step 2: Fill in your call details

  • Choose if the Case Planning session will be for an existing patient with existing scans, or for a new patient not yet on file. 
  • Fill out the details required so your lab tech has the information they need to prepare for the call.
    • Current Products available for case planning: Crowns, Bridges, and Implants.

Step 4: Use the scheduler to choose a date and time

    • Follow the on-screen prompts to select a date and time for your Case Planning call.
    • Case Planning calls are 15 minutes long.

Step 5: Complete your booking

  • Complete the scheduling process.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with the meeting details.

How to join your Case Planning call

At the date and time of your Case Planning call, you will need to access your Doctor Portal to join your video call.

Step 1: Log into your Doctor Portal

Step 2: Navigate to your notifications

  • You will be notified to join your call in your notification panel.

Step 3: Join your Case Planning video call

  • Select 'Join video meeting' or 'Cancel appointment' if you wish cancel.

 

How to reschedule your Case Planning call

You should receive an email with the confirmation of your call. This is where you will reschedule the call.

Step 1: Find the email confirmation for your Case Planning Call

  • Find the reschedule link within the email and follow the instructions for rescheduling your Case Planning call.

What does "Free Early Access" mean?

"Free Early Access" means that Case Planning is currently being offered as a free service with early access begin given to customers for a limited time.

How long are appointments?

Case Planning appointments are 15 minutes.
