The 'Quick order actions' menu on the right side of any submitted order allows you to edit order details or leave feedback. The available 'Quick order actions' will vary by Sku. If a button is greyed out it means that type or edit or action cannot be preformed at the current stage.
Example: 'Refabricate order' or 'Provide product feedback' will only be available after the order is delivered.
To change the shade follow the instructions below:
- Navigate to the Dandy Portal and select the order you would like to edit
- Under 'Quick order actions' select 'Modify RX and instructions'
- Select the item on the order you would like to edit
- Use the pencil icon next to shade to make an edit and select the desired shade
- Click 'Next' to review the changes
- Tick the checkbox to acknowledge the changes will result in new delivery date, and then click 'Submit Changes as New Order'
