Orders for the following products are invoiced on the same day the case is submitted:
- Crowns
- Bridges
- Implants
- Night Guards
- Bleaching Trays
- Sleep Apnea Appliances
- TMD Appliances
- Physical Wax-up
- Printed Models
Note: All products must be submitted by 6:59 PM ET (3:59 PM PT) on the last day of the month to be included in that month's invoice.
Orders for products that are typically prepared by the dentist over multiple appointments are invoiced at specific stages of treatment. We have detailed each of those stages for specific products below:
- Partials: You will not be charged the full price upfront. Instead, you will be invoiced per stage of fulfillment.
- Try-ins are invoiced the day they are submitted.
- Finals are invoiced on the day submitted to proceed to the final, post-feedback, or new scans.
- Dentures: Invoiced on the day submitted to proceed to the final, post-feedback, or new scans.
- Try-ins are invoiced the day they are submitted.
- Aligners: Invoiced once the treatment plan is approved.
- Surgical Guides: Invoiced upon completion of review with our Experts.
