Update, Delete or Reactivate Staff Profiles in the Dandy Portal

How to update, delete or reactivate a staff profile:

  1. From the Dandy Portal homepage go to 'Account settings' by clicking the gear in the top right corner of the screen
  2. From the drop-down menu, select 'Staff'
  3. Click the pencil icon next to the profile to edit any details
    • Click the trashcan icon to delete a profile

To reactivate a previously deleted staff profile click the 'Deactivated members' tab. Select the checkbox next to the staff member's name and click the 'reactivate' icon.
