Add Staff Profiles to the Dandy Portal

Creating profiles for staff members, including additional doctors, dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative personnel, is essential for efficient case management.

Staff profiles allow individual team members to access, customize, and utilize the Dandy Portal.

  1. On the Dandy Portal home screen click the gear icon on the top right corner of the screen labeled 'Account settings'
  2. From the drop down menu select 'Staff'
  3. On the 'Staff' page, click 'Add new staff member'
  4. Fill out the name, mobile number, and email address they will use to login and manage cases
  5. Set administrative rights and select their position in the office
  6. Click 'Send invite'
  7. An email will be sent to the listed address. Access the email and click 'Join'
  8. Choose a password and click continue
  9. It is optional to add a mobile phone number to the profile as an alternative login. If you add a phone number you will use an access code to log in.
  10. Log in to the Dandy Portal using the email and password and/or mobile number and confirmation code
