Monthly Submission Deadlines
To include a product in the current month's invoice, users must submit the order by 6:59 PM ET (3:59 PM PT) on the last day of the month. Orders submitted after this time will appear on the following month's invoice.
Same-Day Invoicing Products
Dandy invoices products typically completed in a single appointment on the same day the user submits the case. Same-day invoicing applies to:
Crowns and Bridges
Implants
Night Guards and Sleep Apnea Appliances
Bleaching Trays and TMD Appliances
Physical Wax-ups and Printed Models
Milestone-Based Invoicing for Complex Products
Orders requiring multiple appointments are invoiced at specific treatment stages rather than the full price upfront.
Partials: Dandy invoices partials per stage of fulfillment. Dandy invoices Try-ins on the day of submission. Dandy invoices Finals on the day the user submits the request to proceed to the final stage.
Dentures: Dandy invoices dentures on the day the user submits the request to proceed to the final, post-feedback, or new scans. Dandy invoices Try-ins on the day of submission.
Aligners: Dandy invoices aligners once the user approves the treatment plan.
Surgical Guides: Dandy invoices surgical guides upon the completion of the review with Dandy Experts.
Canada Customer Invoicing
Customers in Canada receive an invoice immediately upon case delivery.
Standard Cases: Dandy invoices items like a "Crown #3" at the time of delivery.
Multi-Stage Cases: Dandy invoices items like "Upper Denture - Wax Rims" with the final case delivery.
Aligners: Dandy delivers all trays to the office with an invoice for the total treatment cost.
Monthly Statements: Canadian offices also receive a monthly summary invoice containing all completed cases, carryover credits, or remaining balances.
Complimentary Model Inclusion Policies
Dandy includes models at no additional charge for specific products under the following conditions:

Cancellations, Holds, and Remakes
Order Cancellations: Dandy does not bill orders cancelled before they enter the fabrication stage. If a user cancels an order during fabrication or shipment, Dandy bills the full case fee.
On-Hold Orders: Orders on hold when invoices are finalized will not appear on that month's statement. Dandy will include the charges once fabrication resumes.
Remakes: Dandy adds a remake fee if the user requests a change to the original shade or material.
