How to Add Dandy as a Lab on your iTero Scanner

First, you must contact Sales or your Account Manager to sign up with Dandy. Once you have a Dandy account, follow these instructions:

Adding Dandy to your iTero scanner is easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Call 800-577-8767
2. Select your preferred language
3. Press 1 for English
4. Press 4 for laboratory support
5. Press 1 to add lab to your scanner
6. Request that “Dandy” is added to your scanner. Identify our lab using our ID: 335165
7. After “Dandy” has been added, please Sync Configuration on your iTero under settings
8. After connecting to us as a Lab, select “Dandy” on your scanner when sending an order
