How to Reset Your Password in the Dandy Portal

Resetting your password and setting up your primary user in the Dandy Practice Portal is a straightforward process. Requirements

To complete this process, you will need access to the following: 

  • The primary email address inbox.
  • The primary user’s mobile phone (to receive an SMS).

Note: The primary email address and mobile phone number are usually from the person who signed the contract. 

Step 1 - Submit Your Email for Password Reset

  • Visit the Dandy Practice Login Page.
  • Click on 'Forgot password?' at the bottom of the page. This will redirect you to the password recovery page.

  • Enter your primary email address and click 'Continue.' to get the following confirmation.

Step 2 - Access Password Reset Email

  • Check your email inbox for a message from Dandy with the subject “Forgotten Password Reset” and click on the Reset Password link provided.

Step 3 - Create a New Password

  • Once redirected, type your new password, confirm it, and then submit your changes.

If you are a first-time user who has either lost or not received your onboarding email, please continue to step 4 below. 

Step 4 - Set up Your Primary User

  • After resetting your password, you'll be prompted to set up the first user account linked to the primary email address.
  • Enter the primary user’s mobile phone number, which will be used for SMS verification.
  • Enter a password, which will be used when SMS verification is unavailable. 

Step 5 - Verify Your Mobile Phone

  • Await an SMS from Dandy containing a six-digit verification code.
  • Enter this code on the verification screen and press 'Enter' to finalize the setup of your portal and primary user.
