Follow these steps to update the practice address in the portal
- Navigate to the settings button on the upper right corner
- Select “practice settings”
- Select “Add delivery address”
- Update all address information and check the “Confirm address is correct” box. Next select “Add Delivery Address” on the bottom right.
- If you have a previous address that you’d like to delete select “the trash can icon”
- Each practice can have multiple addresses on file. If this is the case you will need to select the correct address on each case when placing an order.
