How to Provide Order Feedback on a Completed Case

To leave order feedback on completed case follow the below instructions.

  1. Navigate to the Dandy Portal and select the order you would like to leave feedback on
  2. Under 'Quick order actions' select 'Leave product feedback'
  3. Based on the outcome of the case, rate the product between 1 and 5 stars
  4. Depending on how you rate the case, we may ask you for more feedback on aesthetics, fit, time required to make adjustments, etc. Make the appropriate selections in each of the categories or add any additional comments
  5. Submit your feedback
