Access and Order Supplies from the Dandy Shop

This guide and video are designed to assist you in navigating and utilizing the Dandy Shop through the Portal. Whether you need scanner parts, marketing materials, or additional scanner carts, the Dandy Shop offers a convenient way to directly find and order these essentials.

Step 1 - Access the Dandy Shop

You can access the Dandy Shop using the following method:

  1. Through the Portal Home Page
    • Open your Dandy Portal and locate the 'Supplies' tab on the top toolbar.
    • Select the Dandy Shop option from the lower-right dropdown menu in the' Supplies' tab. This action will direct you to the Dandy Shop interface.
  2. Navigate Directly to the Dandy Shop

Step 2 - Explore the Dandy Shop

  1. Browse Categories: The shop is organized into three main categories for your convenience:
    • Accessories: Includes scanner parts and other essential accessories.
    • Tech and Setup: Offers technological tools and setup equipment.
    • Marketing Materials: Provides materials to help market dental services to patients.
  2. Searching for Items: Use the categories in the top-left corner or the search bar in the top-right corner to find specific items. Typing a keyword like 'tips' can quickly bring up relevant products.

Step 3 - Ordering Items

  1. Selecting Items: Once you've found the items you need, such as mirror tips for your Trio scanner, click the 'Add to Cart' button. Remember, Trio scanner mirror tips are good for approximately 100 sterilization cycles.
  2. Proceed to Checkout: Review your cart, agree to the terms and conditions, and click the 'Checkout' button. You'll be prompted to sign in or register if it's your first time using the Dandy Shop.
    • Note: Your Dandy Shop login is separate from your Portal login.
  3. Complete Your Purchase: Fill in your practice's shipping details, add a payment method, and confirm your order by selecting 'Pay Now'.
