How to Update Your Practice Delivery Address

This article provides instructions for updating your delivery address in your Dandy Portal so that your cases can be delivered to the correct address.


Step 1 - Access the Dandy Portal

Step 2 - Navigate to your Practice Settings

  • Once logged in, access your 'Account Settings' by clicking the gear in the top right corner of the screen and then click 'Practice Settings'

Step 3 - Navigate to Delivery addresses

  • On the Practice Settings page, scroll down to 'Delivery addresses'. From here, you can click 'Add delivery address' and a pop-up will display to add a new address that will be available during checkout in Chairside. Enter the new delivery address and click 'Add delivery address' to save your update.

  • You can also delete existing addresses on file by clicking the trash icon on the address listed and then clicking, 'Yes, remove address'
