This article provides instructions for updating your delivery address in your Dandy Portal so that your cases can be delivered to the correct address.
Step 1 - Access the Dandy Portal
- Access your Dandy Portal from any web browser by navigating to https://practice.meetdandy.com/

Step 2 - Navigate to your Practice Settings
- Once logged in, access your 'Account Settings' by clicking the gear in the top right corner of the screen and then click 'Practice Settings'
Step 3 - Navigate to Delivery addresses
- On the Practice Settings page, scroll down to 'Delivery addresses'. From here, you can click 'Add delivery address' and a pop-up will display to add a new address that will be available during checkout in Chairside. Enter the new delivery address and click 'Add delivery address' to save your update.
- You can also delete existing addresses on file by clicking the trash icon on the address listed and then clicking, 'Yes, remove address'
