Understanding Dandy's Rush Request Policy

At Dandy, our commitment is to deliver high-quality products with a focus on accuracy and precision. This article outlines our policy regarding rush requests, ensuring our customers are well-informed about the possibilities and limitations of expediting orders.

Products Eligible for Rush Requests

Dandy accommodates rush requests for the following products:

  • Posterior e.Max full contour crowns and bridges ≤ 3 units*
  • Posterior Zirconia crowns and bridges ≤ 3 units*
  • Posterior Zirconia crowns and bridges > 3 units
  • All anterior C&B
  • All posterior non-zirc or e.Max C&B
  • Partial dentures and removables
    • Aligner Retainers are not eligible for rush requests
  • All models
  • All implants
  • All surgical guides
  • Inlays/Onlays
  • orders with a "die" model

Timing of Rush Requests

Rush requests can be accommodated only if the order has not yet entered the fabrication stage. Once fabrication begins, rush requests cannot be fulfilled.

Products Excluded from Rush Requests

Rush requests are not available for:

  • Aligners & Aligner Retainers
  • Sleep Apnea

We recognize the urgency often required in dental care and strive to meet your needs promptly. Our rush policy is in place to ensure the highest quality of service. Complex, multi-step processes for certain products mean rushing could compromise their quality. We limit rush requests to specific products to balance speed with quality assurance.
