Trios 3: Resolve a Blue Scanner Base Light Issue

  1. Confirm that the scanner is plugged into a live electrical outlet. If possible try a different outlet to ensure the issue isn't with the power source.
  2. Disconnect the power cable from the scanner base and then reconnect it. This can often reset any temporary issues with the scanner.
  3. Disconnect the scanner's ethernet cable from the laptop and reconnect it. This step ensures that the issue isn't due to a loose connection.
