Adjusting the Scanner Click Sound in Chairside and Unite

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on adjusting or muting the volume of the 'Click' sound produced by the scanner in both Chairside and Unite (Trios) software. This 'Click' sound is an audio cue indicating scan data capture.

Note: Adjusting these settings will not affect the scanner's mechanical clicking sound, which is quieter. It only alters the louder, software-generated 'Click' sound.

Step 1 - Access volume control by clicking on the 'Volume' button in the upper right-hand corner of Chairside.
