Is there a cancellation fee for an aligners case?

There is no fee for canceling an order prior to approval for manufacturing.

The doctor has a window of up to 24 hours post-approval to cancel a case. Beyond 24 hours, cancellation is not possible and the order will be subject to full invoicing.
