How to Attach Scans to Order

This article provides instructions on how to attach existing scans to an order without having to download scan files in the Dandy Portal

 

Note: Scans attached through this workflow will be processed as a new order to ensure that the correct scans are used. Your original order will be cancelled and you will be given a new accurate adjusted delivery date; you will not be double-charged for placing a new order.

How to attach scans to an order:

  1. In the Dandy Portal, navigate to the relevant order

  2. Select "Edit or add order information"

  3. Easily attach scans from another order (of the same patient) by selecting "Attach existing scan"

  4. Select what case you want to pull from, OR press "Capture a new scan"

    • Select which scans from that case you want to use, and preview them if you want

    • Submitting new scans will be processed as a new order to ensure that the correct scans are used!
