How to attach photo, file or scan
- Navigate to the relevant order
- Select "Edit or add order information"
- Easily send photos, files, and scans to Dandy using the "Attach photo, file or scan" option
- Use one of three options
- QR code to upload photos from your phone
- Select photos or files directly from your computer's drive
- Attach existing scans from another Dandy case - recommended process for scans

[Recommended workflow for attaching scans] To attach scan files from another Dandy case without having to download scan files OR to start a new scan, please follow these steps:
- Select "Attach an existing scan"
- PLEASE NOTE: not all practices will have access to this new button for the first 2 weeks until 11/30/23. If the practice does not have the button, please see the old SOP.
- Select what case you want to pull from, OR press "Capture a new scan"
- Select which scans from that case you want to use, and preview them if you want
- Submitting new scans will be processed as a new order to ensure that the correct scans are used!
- Select "Attach an existing scan"
