This article provides instructions on how to attach existing scans to an order without having to download scan files in the Dandy Portal.
Note: Scans attached through this workflow will be processed as a new order to ensure that the correct scans are used. Your original order will be cancelled and you will be given a new accurate adjusted delivery date; you will not be double-charged for placing a new order.
How to attach scans to an order:
- In the Dandy Portal, navigate to the relevant order
- Select "Attach existing scans"
If you do not see the above 'Attach existing scans' you can click 'edit or add order information' on the bottom right side of the order and then select 'Attach existing scan'
- Select the case you want to pull from, OR press "Capture a new scan"
- Select the scans you want to use. You can easily preview the scans if you wish.
- Submitting new scans will be processed as a new order to ensure that the correct scans are used!
