How to edit orders after submission

Edit shade, material, tooth number, notes and preferences directly in Portal or Chairside

Important notes:

  • If your order is already in design or fabrication, your edits will be processed as a new order in order to give you the most accurate adjusted delivery date. Your original order will be cancelled; you will not be double-charged for placing a new order.
  • Changing materials for orders already in design or fabrication may result in delays and/or pricing adjustments.
  • This feature is not yet available for aligners, dentures, or multi-fulfillment partials.
    • If you have edits to these product orders OR your edit is not related to shade, material, tooth number, notes, or preferences, please request edits through our support teams at this time.
