Dandy offers three pricing plans: Dandy On Demand, Dandy 20, and Dandy Max. This allows you to choose the plan that makes the most sense for each case based on treatment goals.
Dandy on Demand
For very mild (anterior) cases, save money by paying per treatment step. Add a refinement a la carte before plan expiry, which is 1 year from the approval date of the original treatment plan. Add retainers a la carte.
Dandy 20
For mild to moderate cases, up to 20 steps. 1 refinement included before plan expiry, which is 2 years from the approval date of the original treatment plan. Includes 1 set of retainers.
Dandy Max
For mild to advanced cases, unlimited treatment for 3 years from the approval date of the original treatment plan. All plans > 20 steps will be eligible for Dandy Max only. Includes 2 sets of retainers.

Refinements
A refinement is an option for additional aligners if further tooth movement is needed to achieve the original approved treatment plan.
Dandy on Demand
+$100 flat rate for 1 refinement capped at the number of aligners in the original approved treatment plan. Eligible within 1 year of the approval date of the original treatment plan.
Dandy 20
Includes 1 refinement capped at 20 aligners per arch treated. Eligible within 2 years of the approval date of the original treatment plan.
Dandy Max
Unlimited refinements are available for 3 years of treatment from the approval date of the original treatment plan.
Additional refinements and refinements after treatment expiry will constitute a new treatment.

Retainers
The list price for a single arch retainer is $50. The list price for a set of dual arch retainers is $85. Each incremental retainer costs $35. 4 sets of dual arch retainers costs $240. Under any plan, additional retainers can be ordered a la carte after treatment expiry or after the free retainers have been fulfilled.
Retainers can be ordered using either the last step of the patient’s treatment plan (we will remove attachments digitally as needed) or a new scan. If you are placing restorations or a fixed lingual retainer after treatment, please restore or place the appliance prior to scanning for your retainer order. We will manufacture the retainer to fit over any lingual retainer.
Retainers that are lost or damaged by the user are not covered by Dandy. Retainers that are defective, damaged in transit, or lost in transit are replaced by Dandy at no additional cost.

Replacement Aligners
Replacement aligners will be charged $15 per aligner when aligners are broken or lost by the user. Dandy will replace aligners that are defective, missing in shipment, or lost in transit at no charge.

When do I get charged for the case?
You will get charged once you approve the case for manufacturing.
Is there a cancellation fee?
There is no fee for canceling an order prior to approval for manufacturing. The full case fee will be invoiced if a case is canceled after it has been manufactured.
When should I select Dandy On Demand?
Select Dandy On Demand for very mild cases, such as anterior ortho relapse. Dandy On Demand is eligible for up to 10 steps and 1 year of treatment only, including the optional refinement.
When should I select Dandy 20 over Dandy On Demand?
Select Dandy 20 instead of Dandy On Demand if you want the refinement cost and retainers included upfront, and you want to benefit from 2 years of plan coverage instead of 1 year.
When should I select Dandy Max?
Dandy Max will be the only available option for treatment plans with more than 20 steps. For cases with less than 20 steps, choose Dandy Max if you want the benefit of 3 years of unlimited treatment and 2 sets of retainers included.
How many aligners come with a refinement?
For Dandy On Demand, the number of refinement aligners is capped at the number of aligners in the original approved treatment plan. For Dandy 20, the number of refinement aligners is capped at 20 aligners per arch treated in the original approved treatment plan. For Dandy Max, you can order refinement aligners as needed to complete the original approved treatment plan.
