Setting Up Bleaching Tray Cases
To initiate a new case for a bleaching tray, the user must follow these configuration steps in the software:
Select Case Type: Choose the Sleep & Accessories option during the initial case setup.
Select Product: Within the Sleep & Accessories menu, select Bleaching Tray.
Define Arches: Select the specific arch or arches required for the bleaching tray fabrication.
Scanning Bleaching Tray Patients
For optimal results, the user should follow the standard scanning sequence to ensure the AI and lab technicians receive complete data:
Sequence Order: Scan the Lower Arch, then the Upper Arch, and finally the Bite.
Data Capture Requirement: The user must capture every aspect of the arch receiving the bleaching tray. An accurate scan is mandatory for the system to fabricate a precise tray.
Submission: Select Submit Order once the scanning sequence is complete.
Submitting Bleaching Tray Orders
Finalize the order details in the Ordering menu to ensure correct production:
Adjust Quantity: Select the desired quantity of bleaching trays.

Define Tooth Scope: Specify which teeth to include or exclude in the tray design.
Note: The Chairside software defaults to including all teeth in the arch unless the user manually adjusts the selection.
