Add HD Video clips to lab slips

Overview: The HD Video Tool allows users to record 10-second video clips to provide visual context within a digital lab slip.

Record video with the HD Video Tool

Follow these steps to record video footage using the scanner hardware:

1. Select the HD Video button located on the bottom center of the screen.

2. Press the scanner button once to turn the scanner on.

3. Press the scanner button a second time to begin recording the video clip.

4. View the recording progress; the video will automatically stop after 10 seconds of footage is captured.

5. Press the scanner button a third time if you need to stop the recording manually before the 10-second limit.

Review captured video clips

The system automatically attaches the recorded video to the current lab slip.

1. Complete the required scans for the case.

2. Navigate to the Ordering menu.

3. Access the final page of the lab slip to view the attached HD video clips.
