The video and instructions in this article review each of the Clinical Preferences related to crowns and the steps for setting up your own Clinical Preferences. If you have multiple dentists at your practice, each dentist needs to set these Clinical Preferences for accurate lab ordering.
You can access your Dandy Portal from any web browser on any computer by navigating to the URL www.practice.meetdandy.com.
Instructions for Setting Up Your Clinical Preferences:
- Navigate to your Dandy Portal in your web browser via www.practice.meetdandy.com.
- Select the tab labeled Account, and navigate to My Profile > Clinical preferences.
- Click into each restoration and prosthesis listed to set your specific preferences based on how you would like the lab to fabricate these cases. You can always adjust these settings on a case-by-case basis in the Chairside software when working on a patient going forward.
Note: If you skip these steps and do not select your preferences, Dandy's defaults will be used.
